Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These terms of service (“Terms”) govern your use of the AI Literacy Audit Tool (“the Service”) provided by DEEP Education, a trading name of DEEP Professional Ltd (company number 16052380), registered in England and Wales (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. The Service

The AI Literacy Audit Tool allows schools to upload policy documents and receive an AI-powered assessment of their AI literacy provision across 9 education dimensions. The Service generates scores, evidence citations, gap analysis, and actionable improvement plans.

The Service is intended for use by school staff (principals, headteachers, heads of department, education consultants) and is not intended for use by children.

5.1 Free tier

Your first audit is free. No credit card is required. Free audits include the full 9-dimension analysis and downloadable PDF report.

5.2 Single Audit credits

Individual audits can be purchased for £49 each. Credits are applied to your school account and do not expire.

5.3 School Plan

The School Plan is a subscription at £249 per year providing unlimited audits, 10 upload slots per audit, progress tracking, and comparison features. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

5.4 Partner Plan

The Partner Plan (from £999 per year) is a consulting engagement including guided implementation support. Terms are agreed individually.

5.5 Refunds

If an audit fails due to a technical error on our side, the credit is automatically refunded to your school account. We do not offer monetary refunds for credits already used for successfully completed audits. Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We will endeavour to communicate planned downtime in advance where possible.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by English law.
